You can try the following steps in Windows to make sure your Accessport drivers are working properly.
Click Start, hover over Computer, right click and select Properties, then go to Device Manager, then Other Devices, and look for the Accessport driver. From there, you right click to update the driver or try re-installing AP Manager to make the driver appear.
To manually install the drivers, follow these steps:
- Select the folder "C:\Program Files or Program Files(x86)\AccessPORT"
- If the folder, "C:\Program Files or Program Files(x86)\AccessPORT\AccessPORT Driver", is not present to be selected, you will need to install a file called "APDriverInstall.
- You can typically find the APDriverInstall application in "C:\Program Files or Program Files(x86)\AccessPORT\AccessPORT Manager"
- Double click "APDriverInstall" to install the Accessport driver manually.
